TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Plate numbers are subject to availability. Priority will be given to the owner of the Race ID number (Powercraft numbers 000 – 299).

HOW TO PURCHASE PLATES

1. Download the application form
2. Complete, sign and upload your application form here
3. Once your receive email confirmation of the plate availability, proceed with payment through the myAvon store
4. After payment has been received your application will be submitted to the Department of Transport for processing
5. The Department of Transport will notify you when your plates are ready for collection

NOTE: Please allow 10 – 20 business days for processing. Application forms cannot be submitted directly to the Department of Transport and must be submitted through the myAvon portal.
